Jerry Nolan
Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine at the Royal United Hospital, Bath

Jerry graduated from Bristol Medical School and underwent anaesthesia and critical care training in Plymouth, Bristol, Bath, Southampton and the Shock Trauma Center, Baltimore, USA.

He is Chairman of the National Cardiac Arrest Audit (NCAA) Steering Group and the Vice-chairman of the European Resuscitation Council. He is also Editor-in-Chief of the journal Resuscitation and Co-editor for the 2015 International Consensus on CPR Science with Treatment Recommendations.

He is an elected member of Council of the Royal College of Anaesthetists.

Jerry is Chief Medical Officer of Castle Combe Motor Racing Circuit, UK.

His research interests include Airway management, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, therapeutic hypothermia, and life support course development.

Jerry is a content author for the e-LA project.
