Sarah is currently working in the London region at NHS England as a Workforce Improvement Lead on the Healthcare Support Workers (HCSW) programme. Previously she has worked in a range of settings, both locally, regionally and nationally as a Workforce Planning Lead, developing the recipe for workforce planning (online resource for workforce planning) and a guide to undertaking system workforce planning.
