Yvonne is a Director of Waite Atkins Ltd, a consultancy firm working primarily in health and social care.

Over the last 13 years, she has played a key role in transforming CHC services in many CCGs.

Her assignments have focused on improving overall performance, service redesign and workforce planning.

Yvonne has also authored numerous Continuing Healthcare e-learning and training materials for NHS England & NHS Improvement, designed to help enhance practitioner skills and competence.

Improvement in the overall experience of individuals through the Continuing Healthcare journey is a cornerstone of her work.

A registered social worker, Yvonne sits on independent review and dispute panels and provides training on Continuing Healthcare for health and social care organisations.
