Darren has been working in Health and Social care for over 15 years.  During that time, he has undertaken many roles from delivering care to running social care business across all sectors of Health and Social Care.

As Training and Apprenticeship Manager now focuses on workforce development through delivering high quality training and developing care workers skills.  Including leading on care certificate and apprenticeship development with numerous national training partners. 

Darren is also an active member of Skills for Care Expert Reference Group.  Where he has helped develop the Training and Development pathway for all carers.
