Dr Leo Kroll first trained as a Paediatrician and then as a Child Psychiatrist, working in Stockport and Salford, Manchester. Together with colleagues he developed a brief consultation and advisory approach (2 1) and incorporated aspects of patient values narratives, and patient centred care. He also developed a number of Needs Assessment Instruments with Forensic Adolescent Services and the University of Manchester. He is the lead for the Values Based Practice CAMH System Network.
