Jessica Richardson
Clinical Psychologist

Dr Jess Richardson is a Clinical Psychologist working in the National and Specialist CAMHS Anxiety and Traumatic Stress Team. She specialises in working with young people with Anxiety Disorders, particularly Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Jess has a clinical and research interest in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and is part of a national team developing this group approach for young people.

Jess has an additional role as the Deputy Lead at King’s College London for CYP IAPT (Children and Young People’s Increasing Access to Psychological Therapies). In this role, Jess teaches therapists from around London on the Post Graduate Diploma in CBT, and also teaches and supports supervisors to transform their services to become more client-centred, providing more evidence-based therapies and using outcome measures to demonstrate their effectiveness. Jess is an experienced supervisor, and facilitates specialist CBT supervision groups.
