Emma
Chung is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Ultrasound Education at King’s
College London and Research Lead for the Medical Physics Department,
University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. She is currently Academic
Programme Director for Clinical Ultrasound postgraduate teaching at
King’s and provides training for ultrasound practitioners from a range
of backgrounds.
Her
research focuses on the application of Doppler ultrasound and brain
imaging techniques to provide a better understanding of stroke and brain
injury. Emma is a former Editor-in-Chief of Ultrasound; the journal of the British Medical Ultrasound Society (BMUS) and is Editor of a textbook: Practical Medical Physics. A guide to the work of hospital Clinical Scientists published by CRC Press. |
