Ulla Griffiths
Lecturer in Health Economics

Ulla Kou Griffiths is Lecturer in Health Economics in the Department of Global Health and Development at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). Ulla is an expert in economic evaluation of health technologies. She has particular expertise in the economics of vaccines, but has also worked on other interventions, including eye health services. Before joining LSHTM in 2006, Ulla worked for a consultancy company in Denmark; she was an economist at WHO in Geneva for 6 years and she worked in the Ministry of Health in Guyana for two years. Ulla is from Denmark and holds degrees in economics from Copenhagen University and from the School of Oriental and African Studies. Her PhD is from LSHTM.
