Kirsten Armit Faculty Manager Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management |

Kirsten Armit has several years’ experience in project and programme management of national and international leadership development programmes in the UK and Australia. Her recent experience includes managing the establishment of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management, managing the Emerging Clinical Leaders Program for Queensland Health, Australia and as Senior Project Manager for the Enhancing Engagement in Medical Leadership project, led by the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement and the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges. Kirsten has published a number of articles in national and international journals and other publications, as well as e-learning materials relating to medical leadership and management.
Kirsten completed the Australian College of Health Service Executives Management Development Programme in 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Health Services Management), Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management), Prince II Practitioner qualification and Foundation IV in Coaching Skills. Kirsten is a member of the Australasian College of Health Service Managers, Institute for Healthcare Management, fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and associate of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management. |
