Tim has clinical interests in obstetric and day case anaesthesia and active roles in education in his own hospital, regionally and nationally.
He played a key role in the introduction of lipid emulsion therapy for local anaesthetic toxicity, and was a member of the Association of Anaesthestists of Great Britain and Ireland working parties that wrote the original (2007) and revised (2010) guidelines for its treatment.
Tim is a content author for the e-LA project.
