Hannah Stewart
Neonatal Outreach Sister - University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust

Hannah qualified as a Registered Adult Nurse in 2006, and worked as a Neonatal Nurse in St Georges Hospital, London before undertaking her PGDip in Health Visiting at Derby University. After working for 3 years as a Health Visitor she returned to neonatal nursing at the start of 2014, taking up the exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established community neonatal team at University Hospital Southampton.

Southampton’s neonatal outreach nurses facilitate discharge from the Neonatal Unit, and provide ongoing care of many babies once they go home. The team run yearly nurse led RSV immunisation clinics and participate in the delivery of routine childhood immunisations to babies on the Neonatal Unit.
