Emily Hughes
Team Lead for Medicinal Physiotherapy |

Emily Hughes (BSc (Hons), MCSP, HCPC, MACPRC) qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2004 after graduating from the University of Manchester. She developed an interest in Respiratory Care early in her career, initially working in Critical Care, before specialising in Acute Medical Respiratory Care and NIV. Alongside this, she also developed a keen interest in pulmonary rehabilitation.
Emily is currently a Team Lead for Medicinal Physiotherapy and the lead for the Trust’s acute NIV service.
In addition to her full-time clinical role, Emily also lectures on the Undergraduate and MSc Physiotherapy courses at the University of Southampton. |
